I have partnered with Express to put together the perfect look to make a statement this New Year's Eve. Velvet is everything right now and this romper with a built in choker is so chic and flattering!

I paired this velvet romper(which is under $60!) with a Saint Laurent bag, and an Open Bar Bracelet from Express. To bring the full look together, I added these Express Ornate Tear Drop earrings, and my go-to comfy shoes, Sam Edelman pumps.

New Year's Eve is all about traditions, and I tend to spend the exciting night with my closet friends and family. I am excited to be spending this NYE with some close friends in my hometown, which is Los Angeles. We are planning on going to a big concert which I have never done on NYE before so I am looking forward to it!

I shot this series at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California during the most beautiful, picturesque sunset! I was fortunate enough to be able to shoot on the highest rooftop, which is not open to the public, and wrapped just after watching the sun set over the LA skyline. If you aren't familiar with the Roosevelt, it is one of Hollywood's most famous hotels and it is known for its old Hollywood feel. The hotel was one of Marilyn Monroe's favorite places to stay and people have claimed they have seen her several times in a full-length mirror. This mirror was originally located in the poolside suite she often stayed in, but it has been re-located next to lower level elevator!
