Nobu Los Cabos

I just returned from my trip to the Nobu Hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico with Modeliste Magazine and I felt compelled to write about my time there as it was incredibly serene and peaceful. I’ve been to Cabo nearly 10 times, and each time I have stayed at a different hotel. It’s so cool how each hotel has an entirely different feel and give you a new perspective of Los Cabos. This hotel along with the One&Only Palmilla are up there in my favorites!

Okay, so now that you know what this post is about, let me start off by saying WOW just wow. The design of this hotel was so beautiful, a traditional Japanese design with a Spanish flair. The furniture, the rooms, the FOOD. I think it’s super normal to get intimidated because we all know how expensive Nobu is, but this hotel is reasonably priced with rooms ranging between $250-$500 a night, which is on the lower end of the spectrum of 5-star hotels in Los Cabos.

I’m going through all the photos now and I have to say I really slacked this trip, I took literally no photos of my room or any of my food during the days. Everything was so spectacular (just take my word for it)! Or if you don’t believe me, visit their website and see for yourself! They have Malibu Farms which has some of the best food I’ve ever had, along with my favorite restaurant Nobu (duh) as well as two other restaurants on the property which serve great food. I ordered the Miso Black Cod by the pool and in my room literally everyday for lunch, I couldn’t get enough of it. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it! The food ranges between $15-$30 per entree at the restaurants apart from Nobu. If you visit the hotel, it’s worth going to Nobu as they have some unique dishes with ingredients native to the region.

The spa was heavenly, I got a 50-minute Swedish massage and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep I was so zen. They have a ton of different pools and a steam room that are really awesome to use after your treatment. The infinity pool along the beach was my favorite, I watched the sunset there 3 out of 4 nights! The sunsets in Cabo definitely do not disappoint. I didn’t even edit the colors on the below photo!
