Paris for the Weekend

Here is the ultimate Paris travel guide by none other than yours truly

Upon arriving to Paris, I fell in love with the city instantly. It has been a dream of mine to visit Paris since I was a young girl. I was always fascinated with Coco Chanel and the Eiffel Tower and I used to ask my grandmother to take me when I turned 12 for my birthday, nearly ever year prior. I'm not quite sure why I wanted to go for my twelfth birthday, but whatever, we didn't end up making it! When I was offered the opportunity to go to Paris with one of my favorite brands, I was jumping up and down with excitement! One of my best friends, Gaby, and I embarked on our trip out of JFK on a Wednesday night. We arrived in Paris Thursday morning, very sleep deprived, but also very excited to eat our way through the city and I was just excited to see everything that I could! Gaby had been there before so she knew some really great spots to see! As we started wandering, I was so stunned by the old architecture and all the attention to detail. The food was incredible, the nightlife and the energy was even better. Paris was one of the most magical cities I have ever traveled to. See my favorite places and the highlights of my trip below!

Where to Stay:

Hotel Hoxton- An affordable and chic hotel with a laidback retro vibe.

Where to Shop:

Rue Saint-Honoré - Lots of high end designer shops and a beautiful street to sit and have a coffee on.

Chanel Boutique - Rue Cambon; Original Chanel Store where Coco Chanel worked out of.

Galeries Lafayette - Upmarket French department store with boutiques inside, definitely a must!

L'Appartement Sézane - Beautiful and trendy French store that captures French girl style perfectly!

Where to Eat:

Hôtel Costes- High-end, very posh, and definitely a scene, but 10000% worth going to for dinner.

Le George V - Happened to stumble across this place, but their French Onion Soup was the best!

Le Relais de Venise L'Entrecôte - A classic and famous French restaurant with the best Steak Frites I have ever had!

Season - Healthy juice and smoothie place with gorgeous açaí bowls!

Fragments- Scones are unreal, great breakfast, and they have beautiful lattes! Best coffee shop for American tourists for sure.

GET A BAGUETTE WITH PROSCIUTTO AND PARMESAN CHEESE FOR ME FROM ANY LITTLE SHOP! I ate about 5 :)
